What is a mala bead necklace?

A mala is a string of 108 beads plus a guru or anchor bead that is commonly used in mantra meditation. You can also wear them as a reminder of personal intentions you've set, or when seeking a calmer mind, body and spirit.

How is it made?

Each necklace uses gemstones from a local Woodstock company and is hand tied between each bead (by me!)

Opalite - is a calming gemstone resembling opal. It enhances communication, serenity, and spiritual insight. It fosters transitions, soothing emotions, and radiating positive energy.
